Prayer needs
Pray for reconciliation between Christians and Muslims who may still feel animosity because of the long Civil War between them.
Pray that Christians will take advantage of a great openness among non-Christians to hear the gospel.
Pray that the youth would not be drawn into him or allergy and drugs, and that God would open doors for ministries to reach the youth.
Prayer starter
And if you call on him as Father who judges impartially according to each one's deeds, conduct yourselves with fear throughout the time of your exile, knowing that you were ransomed from the futile ways inherited from your forefathers, not with perishable things such as silver or gold, but with the precious blood of Christ, like that of a lamb without blemish or spot. - 1 Peter 1:17-19
God, I declare the blood of Christ over the people of Beirut, Lebanon. I pray the people of Beirut would call on You with reverence and respect—that they would live walking in the fear of the Lord. God, I ask that you would break futile generational traditions and replace them with the name of Jesus. God, may the people of Beirut encounter Jesus, and through this encounter, may they become as a lamb without blemish.
