Prayer needs

• Pray for the safety of persecuted house church leaders who seek to minister for Christ in this tightly controlled environment. Pray that believers will have discernment about how and to whom they should share the gospel.

• Pray that disillusioned university intellectuals in their search for truth would discover Christ. Also pray for the effective follow-up and nurture of returned intellectuals who have become Christians while studying abroad.

• Pray that the poor will not be overlooked in this prosperous city. Pray for Christian ministries that are seeking to meet the physical and spiritual needs of these people.

Dear Lord, I come before you and pray for the city of Beijing. I pray that you would break every stronghold that is over the lives of every person. I pray that the spirit of communism would be broken in Jesus name and that your love would saturate them.
