Prayer needs

• Pray that this holy city of Hinduism would become filled with the presence and power of the Holy Spirit.

• Pray that the millions of pilgrims visiting the Ganges River would find the living water given by Jesus.

• Pray for more Muslim converts to Christianity. Pray for the growth of the few house fellowships that have developed.

And Paul and Barnabas spoke out boldly, saying, “It was necessary that the word of God be spoken first to you. Since you thrust it aside and judge yourselves unworthy of eternal life, behold, we are turning to the Gentiles. For so the Lord has commanded us, saying, "I have made you a light for the Gentiles, that you may bring salvation to the ends of the earth.’” And when the Gentiles heard this, they began rejoicing and glorifying the word of the Lord, and as many as were appointed to eternal life believed. Father, we thank you that your gift of salvation is for all men—every nation, tongue and tribe—and that includes the people of Varanasi, India. Today we pray for laborers to be sent into the fields, which are white and ready for harvest in Varanasi, India. We pray that all those appointed to eternal life would receive the gift of salvation and that revival would come and spread like wildfire in that land.
