Prayer needs

• Pray for an influx of Bibles and Christian literature, and for the word of God to produce a great harvest.

• Pray for peace and restoration in this area that has experienced two recent wars. Read it God would bind spirits of violence and hatred between religious groups.

• The Jesus film has been shown on national TV. Pray for its continued showing and distribution, and that a great harvest would result.

Father, thank you for the joy your salvation brings. May the people of Baghdad, Iraq, know that joy today as they surrender their lives to you. Empower them by your Spirit to come in humility and with genuine repentance, inviting you to transform their lives and bring glory and honor to you alone. For you, Jesus, came to earth as a man to seek and save them. In the name of Jesus Christ, my Lord, I pray this.
