Prayer needs

• The Muslim brotherhood is very anti-Christian and is trying to stop all Christian activity. Pray that their efforts are unsuccessful.

• Pray for strength for the believers who are under intense pressure from relatives and civil authorities to renounce their faith.

• Pray that peace and reconciliation may prevail between the northern and southern factions in the past Civil War. Pray that reforms will bring economic relief.

For while we were still weak, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly. For one will scarcely die for a righteous person—though perhaps for a good person one would dare even to die— but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. - Romans 5:6-8

Lord, your mercy and grace are amazing. We thank you from the bottom of our heart, Jesus, that even when were still hostile to you, when we were dead in our sin, you loved us and came to die for us. This gives us confidence to pray for the people in Sana’a as well. Save them, Lord. You gave your Son for them; move their heart that they come to see their weakness and your wonderful strength and availability.
